Kids' Art Walk

Bring your little artists to the kids' area at Strathearn Art Walk,

sponsored by the SouthEast Community Leagues Association,

for art, music and dancing. Best of all, it's free.

12 p.m.

Artist Dana Rayment will lead participants through an exciting visual arts experience.

2 p.m.

Join Mile Zero Dance for a creative movement workshop presented in a positive, non-competitive environment.

3 p.m.

Join Jodi Howard from Music Together of the Northern Lights (one of our sponsors) for music sessions designed to build on participants’ natural enthusiasm for music and movement.

4 p.m.

Come get a tattoo and add some sparkle to your day with Sparkle Fairy Glitter Tattoos. Tattoos are waterproof. Choose from 10 designs. A portion of the proceeds will go towards funding for our new community hall. (This is a paid activity.)

5 p.m.

Local Art and Design student Quinn Yule will lead an experiential visual art activity designed to bring out the artist in all of us!

Also at 5 p.m., catch a dance presentation by the Strathearn girls who are part of Amanda's Academy of Dance.

6 p.m.

Mak Campiou is a lifelong Strathearn resident, who has danced powwow competitively and professionally since he was 11 years old. He will perform the Chicken Dance and offer participants the opportunity to learn some dance steps themselves.
