2026 Artist Registration

Welcome to the new artist registration process using Showpass!

Registration opens 9am May 2nd!

Strathearn Art Walk takes place over 3 days and welcomes over 30,000 visitors each year!

Every Strathearn Art Walk vendor will have their own 10x10 foot outdoor spot and access to all festivities including local food, beverage, and live music!

What is an artist spot?

Each artist spot is 10’ x 10’ and will be marked with spray paint on the ground. Artists can fill their spot however they choose. We recommend bringing items such as tent, display tables and infrastructure that can be secured safety to the park grounds.

Tips and tricks:

  • We do not have an ATM on-site, contactless payments (card/mobile) are highly encouraged. Each artist/vendor will be allowed to determine their preferred method of payment.

  • Bring items such as string, tape, scissors, binder clips, clamps or weights in order to secure display items and structures. It is the artist’s responsibility to secure the items in their spot. Please prepare for wind!

  • Bring additional tables, easels, panels, dividers, crates, chairs, etc. as needed to display items — as long as it all fits within the 10’ x 10’ space.

Note: All display infrastructure items are the responsibility of the artist/vendor and there is no option to rent tables, chairs, or tents. Every tent/shelter or tarpaulin must conform to CAN/ULC S-109, “Flame Test or Flame-Resistant Fabrics and Films” and should be secured to park grounds as the park may be slightly uneven, and it may be difficult to stand an easel or display.
