Be a part of the 2025 Strathearn Art Walk! Each year, our festival welcomes roughly 30,000 visitors to celebrate local art, music, and community.

Location: Beer Garden and Night Market

Days: Friday 5th, Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th of September

Time: Friday: 6pm to 10pm, Saturday: 12 to 10pm, Sunday: 12 to 7:30pm

Space: 10 x 10 feet. Artists will be able to leave their tent set up overnight each evening

Please note that this spot will be located in the Beer Gardens of the festival and hours for sale will extend to 10pm on Friday and Saturday.

Additional Spot Details:

  • Tents can be left in place overnight. Strathearn Art Walk is not responsible for any art/table/chairs or other equipment that is damaged by wind/rain/other.

  • Each artist spot will be marked with paint on the ground.

  • Artists/vendors are responsible for all display infrastructure items (there is no option to rent tables, chairs, or tents).

  • Tent lighting will be provided, please bring your own flashlights to help with tear down.

  • All tents/shelters or tarpaulins must conform to CAN/ULC S-109, “Flame Test or Flame-Resistant Fabrics and Films.”

  • Artists should bring items such as string, tape, scissors, binder clips, clamps or weights in order to secure their materials (any materials, stands or tents must be securely fastened to the ground).

  • Artists may bring additional tables, easels, panels, dividers, crates, chairs, etc. as needed to display their items within the maximum 10’ x 10’ space.

  • Artists are responsible for leaving the site as they found it. Garbage bags will be made available each day of the festival.

  • Note: the ground may be slightly uneven, and it may be difficult to stand an easel or delicate displays.

  • Washrooms for artist and public use will be available on site.

Once you’re ready to purchase, go to checkout (top right of screen) and complete the Artist Info form before entering payment details. This information is vital to organizing artists and vendors at our festival and should take approximately 2–5 minutes to complete. Thank you!
